We prioritize your satisfaction above all. With our flexible return policy, you have 14 days or 250 miles from the delivery date to assess your purchase and decide whether to keep or return the item.
Easy Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to us via email before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day from when you received your order. The delivery date counts as Day 0.
Eligibility for Returns
We cannot process returns for items that have been altered, damaged, or involved in any accidents. Additionally, items used as collateral are not eligible for return.
